Returns and Refunds Policy:

For Returns within the United State The Italian Collection (T.I.C.) fully appreciates that sometimes a purchase simply doesn’t work out. Products purchased through the website www.theitaliancollection.com may be returned within thirty (30) days from the
date of the shipping confirmation, and the cost of shipment shall remain the responsibility of the shipper.

The products must be returned:
• In their original condition with all tags still attached.
• In their original packaging
• Complete with all their parts
• With the original proof of purchase
• From locations within the United States.

If you wish to make a return, please advise us at email@theitaliancollection.com
and include your order number. T.I.C. does not take title of returned items until they arrive at our fulfilment centre at 776 N Hametown Road, Akron OH 44333-1422 USA. Once quality control examines the returned items and finds them fully tagged and in pristine condition, T.I.C. shall initiate a credit less the bank service fees.

Returns from outside the United States

Products purchased through our website www.theitaliancollection.com may be
returned within thirty (30) days from the original purchase date. The shipment cost of returned product remains the responsibility of the shipper. All import duties, taxes and tariffs imposed by US Customs upon re-entry into the United States will remain the responsibility of the shipper.

To initiate the return of an item, we kindly ask that you advise us at email@theitaliancollection.com and include the order number. T.I.C. does not
take title of returned items until they arrive at our fulfilment centre at 776 N Hametown Road, Akron OH 44333-1422 USA. Once quality control examines the returned items and finds them fully tagged and in pristine condition, T.I.C. shall initiate a credit less the bank service fees.

Delivery:

For deliveries made within the United States, The Italian Collection (T.I.C.) uses
several courier services, including UPS and DHL, and standard delivery is within 3 to 5 business days. The standard shipment option is USD $15.00. For deliveries totalling USD $500.00 or more shipping is free. For express shipments the cost is USD $25.00. For overnight shipments the cost is USD $35.00.

For deliveries made internationally, The Italian Collection (T.I.C.) uses DHL, and delivery time depends on destination. The cost of a standard shipment is USD $60.00, and all import duties, taxes and tariffs will be borne by purchaser.
